Baby Yusuf Khidr — Caregiver Watchlist

Condition: Jaundice, oral thrush, TORCH infections (HSV, CMV, Rubella, Toxoplasma)
Goal: Keep baby safe, nourished, and seek help quickly if danger signs appear.

  • Feed formula milk on schedule (every 2–3 hours)

  • Keep baby warm, dry, and clean

  • Wash hands before touching baby

  • Use medicines as instructed by hospital

  • Record feeds, urine, stool, and sleep in a small notebook
